We generally target going live within 5–10 business days after receiving the complete intake form, required information, needed access, and reasonable cooperation. Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
You keep receiving service and the applicable overage rate for your plan is charged according to your billing terms.
No recurring subscription charge is taken during setup. Stripe securely collects and saves your payment method, and your first paid monthly billing period begins when MapFlow confirms your receptionist is configured, tested, and activated. If setup takes longer, the billing hold can be extended.
Yes. There is no standard cancellation fee. After activation, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled according to the applicable terms.
